A new study has found that people are more likely to give in to the urge to tweet or check email instead of other cravings. The researchers found that as the day wore on, willpower became lower, and so their desire to work was likewise prone to fail!![]()
The report also says that desires for media may be comparatively harder to resist because of the high availability. It also because it feels like it does not “cost much” to engage in these activities, even though one wants to resist.
