Network Support Packages
We offer services from one off calls or ad-hoc support to 24 hour support all year round. Whether your company has 2 PCs or 200 we will get the right package for you and your budget.
We can offer you one off calls from as little as £39.
Our contract support starts from only £400 a year (approx. ½ an hour support a month), this gives you the reassurance of engineers on the phone, via remote support and on-site within 4 business hours. This cover is available 9am to 5pm weekdays. This is a very cost effective way of ensuring your systems are working with minimal downtime. We don’t just react to problems we are proactive and our engineers will become part of your company, giving advice and maintaining your systems.
Got a bigger company, multisite, at home workers, "mission critical" systems and data? What happens when your system fails at 4am or you get "that call", your office has been broken into or is on fire? We have the support package for you; we can provide very cost effective support all year, day and night, having an engineer on your site whatever time of day or night helping solve the problem. We can even provide temporary desk space and access to your data in our offices, should your office be out of action. We care about your business and our engineers will become part of your company, working with you to ensure even the worst disaster becomes a minor inconvenience.
